Privacy Policy
This policy covers data processing on the VPNCD marketing website, user panel and subscription service. It explains the data we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it and how to submit requests. Data on third-party payment pages is governed by their own policies.
Account and Order Data
VPNCD accounts require only a username and password; no email address is needed. An email address is not required to create an account, and you do not need to add one later to use a subscription. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, we use them only to handle that request. Please do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.
Account data is used for authentication, access management and account maintenance. Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction references and refund handling records. We use them to provide subscriptions, verify payments and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage is used to measure plan consumption and does not include details of the websites you visit.
Support tickets retain the issue description, attachments and replies you submit. Before uploading screenshots, please hide passwords, payment credentials and complete subscription links; these details are usually not needed to diagnose an issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNCD does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, URLs, detailed DNS queries or browsing histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. The subscription service does not persistently store connection-by-connection logs linked to accounts, including connection time details or historical links between source and exit addresses.
When a connection is established, temporary session state needed to operate the service is used only while the connection is being handled, then released when the session ends. It is not retained as connection history. Accumulated plan usage and subscription validity are billing and authorization data, not browsing records.
A no-logs policy does not mean that no data is processed. Authentication events in the user panel, order statuses and support ticket content are handled for their respective purposes. Website analytics are managed separately from activity on subscription routes.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, browser types and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to visits and interactions on the VPNCD website. They do not cover external websites visited through the subscription service and should not include passwords, subscription credentials or support ticket content.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state, save language preferences and store user panel login credentials. Analytics may use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Login credentials provide access to your account; do not keep them stored on shared devices.
You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data or sign out of the panel. Clearing storage may end your session or reset preferences, but it will not automatically delete your server-side account or order records. We do not sell personal information or use subscription browsing activity for advertising profiles.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPNCD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment instructions are handled by the relevant payment channel or transaction processor. VPNCD receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order; we do not ask you to submit your payment account password on our website.
Third parties may retain transaction information under their own rules. Before opening a payment page, check your order details and read the provider's privacy notice. This policy does not replace third-party policies.
Data is used and disclosed only as necessary to provide subscriptions, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. For legally submitted data requests, processing is limited to the lawful request and the data actually held.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable financial requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are deleted or de-identified when their respective purposes have ended. Retention rules vary by data type; there is no single fixed retention period.
You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. We need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Unresolved order disputes or legal requirements may limit deletion; our response will explain any reason for retaining data. Deleting an account may also affect subscription access and the ability to look up future order details.
Policy Updates and Feedback
When data purposes or processing practices change, VPNCD will update this page and its last-updated date. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the website or user panel. Updating this page does not replace any notice or consent required by law.
Submit privacy questions or objections to data processing through a panel support ticket. Include the relevant page, data type and details of your request. VPNCD will review the matter and respond; do not include passwords or complete subscription links in your feedback.
