Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund commitment, request process, and payment handling principles for VPNCD international route subscriptions. Before paying, review the plan details and Terms of Service. After paying, submit a refund request through an account ticket so the order can be checked and the process recorded.
Refund Window and Eligibility
The refund window is checked against the record of your first successful payment. Submit your request within 14 days of that payment and identify the order you want refunded. The submission time recorded in the ticket is used to verify the request; later checks or payment processing do not change the window to the date the refund arrives.
This commitment applies to the first payment. A renewal, duplicate payment, or later order does not automatically start a new refund window. Monthly subscriptions and permanent data packages are billed differently, so identify the product tied to the order when requesting a refund. The remaining data in your account alone does not determine the refund amount.
Orders outside the refund window are not eligible for the full refund commitment described above. Payment disputes, such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, can still be submitted for review through a ticket and should not be treated as standard refunds after expiry.
Usage and Order Review
Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using plan data does not automatically cancel refund eligibility. VPNCD has no additional threshold based on the proportion of data used or number of uses, and does not deduct remaining data from a full refund request. Eligible requests are processed as full refunds.
Usage beyond the order's entitlements, irregular payments, or account activity that violates the Terms of Service may require a review of the order and related records. Such cases should not be rejected based solely on a label. If these issues affect processing, the ticket should state the specific facts and relevant terms. You may provide more information or dispute the decision.
An order that has not been paid successfully has no paid amount to refund. The same payment cannot be refunded twice after a refund has been completed. Temporary connection problems and eligibility under the refund window are separate matters and should be checked independently.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the account used for the purchase, open the ticket page, and submit a refund request. Include the order number, plan or data package name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method, and clearly ask for a refund. No email address is required; request records are kept in your account tickets.
If the order status does not match the payment record, you can provide proof of payment. Keep the information needed to verify the transaction visible, and redact unrelated personal details and other transaction information. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, wallet private key, or recovery phrase.
If information is missing, the ticket will be used to request details for verification. Reply in the original ticket to avoid splitting information about the same order across multiple requests. If you cannot sign in, first use the account access help provided in the panel. This page does not list any unverified contact channels.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are handled through the payment channel used for the original order whenever possible, with the original payment record checked. Do not ask in a ticket to send the refund to a recipient unrelated to the original transaction.
For Alipay or WeChat Pay orders, verification is based on the refund record from the original channel and the receiving account record. If the channel cannot process a refund to the original payment method, explain the reason in a ticket first and confirm an available handling method. Submitting a request does not mean the transfer is complete.
USDT refunds require checking the original transaction, the network used, and the receiving address; the handling process for Alipay or WeChat Pay does not apply. Confirm the refund amount and route before processing. If network fees or conversion are involved, the basis for handling them should be stated; no unpublished fee rules are assumed.
Refund Confirmation and Follow-up
A refund involves order verification, refund processing, and payment channel handling. The arrival time depends on the payment channel and transaction progress, so this policy does not promise a fixed timeframe. Request submission, eligibility confirmation, refund processing, and receipt of funds are separate statuses and should be confirmed individually.
After receiving a refund processing notice, check the original payment channel or the confirmed receiving address. If the refund has not arrived, add the current transaction status to the original ticket and request a check of the refund record. Do not make another payment to check progress or share order receipts publicly.
Once a refund is complete, the service entitlements for the corresponding paid order end. To continue using the service, choose an eligible plan separately. If you dispute the refund amount, payment channel, or eligibility decision, request a review in the original ticket and retain the relevant order and processing records.
