DELIVERY SETUP

VPNCD Setup Guide

Create an account, get your subscription, and import it into a client. Follow the steps in order, then verify that requests are using your selected route.

Use a device with an internet connection and permission to install apps or add network configurations. VPNCD supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. This page covers setup; for routes and how streaming works, see the streaming guide.

Create an Account and Open the Dashboard

Open the “Free Trial” link below to go to the account creation page in the VPNCD dashboard. No email address is required; just choose a username and password. Pick a username that is easy to remember but does not reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. After submitting the form, make sure you have reached your dashboard rather than remaining on the input page.

Once in the dashboard, check the account overview and plans section. If your new account does not yet show an active plan, you do not need to look for a subscription link yet—choose a plan first. Existing users can go straight to the “Log In” link in the navigation; there is no need to create another account when switching devices. Use the same dashboard for getting clients, checking orders, and contacting support.

“Free Trial” is the button label for accessing the service; this guide does not promise a specific amount of free data or a free trial period. Check the dashboard for available plans and their status. If your username is unavailable, change it and try again. If an error message is unclear, save the message and avoid submitting repeatedly. For account access issues, see the relevant information in the Help Center.

Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order

Open the plans section in your dashboard and consider how you plan to use the service. If you regularly use international websites, video, or developer tools, compare the monthly plans. If your usage varies and you want data that lasts until it is used up, compare the data packages. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire.

After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing terms in your order, then follow the dashboard instructions to pay. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Refer to the order page for payment instructions. When payment is complete, return to the dashboard to check that the order is confirmed and verify the plan details in your account overview. A successful redirect from the payment page does not confirm that the plan has been activated; check your order and account status in the dashboard.

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of a calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; review the result shown in the dashboard before confirming the change. All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices, but using multiple devices still consumes data from your plan. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. VPNCD offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details on how to request a refund.

If your status has not updated after payment, check your order history and refresh the account overview. Keep your order details. Do not create another identical order just to make the plan appear. If you need help, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with your order status and a description of the issue. Once the order is confirmed, continue to the subscription setup steps. For a full price comparison, see the plans page.

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Open the account overview and confirm that your plan is active, then find the subscription section. A subscription link is not a regular website URL; it lets your client fetch configurations and route lists. If the dashboard offers a one-click import option for your client, use it after installing the app. To import manually, copy the subscription link. Do not use the dashboard webpage address as your subscription URL.

After copying the link, go straight to the client’s add-subscription screen. Before pasting, check that the link is complete and has no extra spaces, line breaks, or text copied from a chat app. If the client asks for a subscription name, enter “VPNCD” to distinguish it from other configurations. The address below is an example of the format only. It will not connect and should not be used instead of the link copied from your own dashboard:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Treat your subscription link like a password: it contains access credentials. Do not put it in public documents, shared code repositories, or screenshots posted on forums. When submitting a support ticket, do not include the full link in your description. If support needs configuration details, describe the client, platform, import method, and error message, and redact your subscription credentials.

Getting a client and getting a subscription are separate steps: the client runs the connection, while the subscription provides the configuration. Installing the app alone does not complete setup; copying the link without enabling the configuration in the client does not change your device’s network route either. Keep the copied subscription handy and import it on your device. If the subscription section has no available content, check your plan status instead of using someone else’s subscription.

Set Up the Client on Your Device

In the client section of your dashboard, get the VPNCD client for your operating system or view the relevant installation instructions. This guide does not provide direct download links; find client downloads in the dashboard. Clients are generally network proxy tools that support remote subscriptions. Using a version and import method listed in the dashboard makes troubleshooting easier than trying different apps at random.

Use the one-click import option currently available in the dashboard whenever possible. If your system asks whether to open the client, verify that it is the right app before allowing it to open. If the app does not launch, check that it is installed. If it is installed but still does not respond, use the manual subscription import steps below. After importing, select the configuration and start the connection; seeing the subscription name is not the last step.

Get the Client

Windows: Add a Remote Subscription

Get the Windows desktop client from the dashboard, install it, and open it. Go to “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or a similar management page, and look for an option to add a remote configuration or import from a URL. Paste the link copied from your account overview, enter a name you can recognize, and save it. Then update or download the configuration. Once the region or route list appears, select the VPNCD configuration to make it active.

Return to the connection page, choose a route, and enable the client’s system proxy or connection switch. The system proxy generally affects apps that follow system settings; it does not mean every app will automatically use that route. You do not need to change advanced routing rules yet. If your browser works but a desktop app does not, check that app’s proxy settings during connection verification. On a managed work device, follow your organization’s installation and network policies.

macOS: Enable the Imported Configuration

Choose the macOS option in the dashboard, then install and open a desktop client that supports subscriptions. Import options are usually in the app settings, configuration manager, or menu bar configuration menu. Add a remote subscription, paste the link, and save it. After updating, check that the route list appears. If you already used one-click import, confirm that VPNCD appears in the configuration list before adding anything manually to avoid duplicates.

Select the configuration and enable the connection as prompted by the client. macOS may ask you to approve a network extension, proxy settings, or related system permissions. Check the app’s source and purpose before approving; do not lower system security settings just to troubleshoot. A menu bar icon does not necessarily mean you are connected. Check the connection switch and selected route in the app, then test with a browser and the apps you use regularly.

Android: Import a Subscription and Allow Network Access

Check the Android client instructions in the dashboard. After installing the app, open its configuration or subscription page. Choose an option such as import from link, add subscription, or add remote configuration, then paste your own subscription URL and save it. Once the update is complete, make sure selectable routes appear in the list and set the imported configuration as active. If the content cannot be parsed, check that you did not paste the dashboard webpage address. Do not switch to a link from an unknown source.

Return to the home screen and start the connection. Your system may ask you to confirm adding a VPN connection. Verify that the prompt comes from the client you just installed, then approve it and check the status in the app. If the connection stops when you switch to another app, check the system’s background activity and battery settings for the client, and adjust them according to your device manufacturer’s instructions. Repeatedly toggling the connection will not fix background management issues; first confirm that the configuration is still enabled.

iOS: Add a Subscription and VPN Configuration

Start with the iOS client instructions in the dashboard and follow the current steps to get a compatible app. App installation on iOS differs from desktop platforms; use the App Store link and instructions shown in the dashboard. After installing the app, try the dashboard’s one-click import option. To import manually, open the app’s configuration, subscription, or remote configuration manager, add the subscription link, save and update it, then select the imported configuration and route.

When you start the connection for the first time, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration and require device authentication. Confirm that the request comes from the client you selected, then return to the app to check the connection status. The subscription configuration and the system VPN configuration serve different purposes: the subscription provides routes, while the system configuration lets the app handle the relevant network requests. Completing only one of these steps may not be enough to access the service. For more detailed iOS instructions, see the iPhone setup guide for beginners.

On Linux, check the platform instructions in the dashboard and use a client that supports the subscription format. You do not need a separate account for each operating system. VPNCD allows unlimited simultaneous devices, and each device can use a subscription from the same account. Make sure the configuration is updated and enabled on each device. Do not copy permission steps from another platform without checking whether they apply.

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

After importing, first confirm that the active configuration is VPNCD and that the route list is not left over from an older configuration. Choose an exit region based on your needs, then connect. Refer to the dashboard and client for available routes; a region name alone does not guarantee that a particular website will work. A “Connected” status means the local connection has started, but you still need to check that your requests are using the expected route.

Open a browser and visit a site you actually need to use. Check that it loads normally and that your account works as expected. You can then use the IP lookup on this site to check whether your browser’s public IP location matches the selected route. An IP lookup only reflects the request it makes; it does not prove that every app on your device uses the same route. With split tunneling enabled, some sites may still use your local network. Check the rules and the app you are using.

If your browser works but a developer tool or another app does not, check whether that app follows the system proxy or needs a proxy configured separately. Avoid changing broad system settings as a first step. If none of your requests work, check the basics in order: your internet connection, whether the subscription updated successfully, whether the current configuration is enabled, and whether connection permissions were granted. Then try another route available in the dashboard. Change one thing at a time so you can identify what made a difference.

If a platform says your region is unavailable, your account does not meet its requirements, or your payment region does not match, handle the platform’s rules separately from your network connection. Changing your exit location does not change your account region, subscription eligibility, or payment details, and cannot guarantee that a platform will remain available. See the streaming guide for these cases. For general connection or subscription update issues, visit the Help Center. Advanced configurations are outside the scope of this page.

Once your connection is verified, keep the configuration that works. When the route list changes, update it through the existing subscription; there is no need to create another account or place another order. When submitting a support ticket, include your operating system, client name, step where the error occurred, selected region, and a screenshot with sensitive details redacted. These details are more useful for troubleshooting than the full subscription link. For help with your dashboard, visit the support ticket page.
