For connection issues, subscription management, payment checks, and refund questions, submit a ticket through the user panel. Keep your issue description and any follow-up details in the same ticket for continuous troubleshooting.
Best for issues involving your account, orders, data allowance, subscription imports, or connection problems. Sign in to the panel and submit your issue in the ticket section. Add any details for an existing issue to its original ticket.
Replies: Check the ticket in your panel for updates. Resolution time depends on the issue's complexity, the support queue, and whether more details are needed. No fixed response time is guaranteed.
No public email address is listed on this page. Please use the support ticket portal. Email is often suitable for detailed inquiries and attachments, but don't send account details to addresses found in search results or forwarded messages unless they're officially published.
No email response arrangements are confirmed on this page. Follow up on your issue through a user panel ticket.
Telegram
No public Telegram account or group link is listed on this page. Please use the support ticket portal. Instant messaging is generally best for brief questions; keep anything involving order checks, account details, or refunds in a ticket.
No Telegram response arrangements are confirmed on this page. An account's online status on a third-party service does not indicate the progress of your request.
Before You Submit
Connection and Subscription Issues
Include your platform, the error shown by your client, your selected region, and whether the issue occurs while importing a subscription, connecting, or visiting a website. Mention whether other sites are accessible and whether switching routes changes the issue. If you attach a screenshot, keep the error visible and hide account details and subscription credentials.
VPNCD supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel; for setup steps, see the guides.
Payment and Plan Issues
Include your order ID, selected plan, payment method, and the order status shown in the panel. VPNCD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If the payment result doesn't match the order status, describe what happened and attach proof with sensitive details obscured. Don't make another payment just to troubleshoot.
Monthly data resets on the activation date each month. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons last until used and never expire. Check plan details on the plans page.
Refund Requests
VPNCD offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit a ticket with the order you want addressed and your refund request. See the refund policy for eligibility and application details. You don't need to submit speed-test screenshots or a detailed troubleshooting report to ask about a refund.
Replies and Follow-Up
After submitting, check your ticket history in the user panel. If more details are needed, reply in the original ticket. Add test results there too, describing the steps you took and any changes you observed, so the troubleshooting context stays together.
While you wait, you can check the Help Center, but don't post screenshots containing account details publicly. If the issue is resolved, note that in your ticket. If it persists, include the exact error message; this is more helpful than simply saying you can't use the service.
